About Us
At Formula Female, we are passionate about creating a pathway to participation for women in motorsport. We strive to open the world of opportunities in motorsport to young girls by creating programs to engage, educate and empower them. Through STEM workshops and experiences, we aim to discover new female talent and grow the talent pool of women competing on and off the track. With our support, we hope to provide an accessible pathway to participating in the motorsport world.
In 2019 we launched the Go Girls Karting & STEM initiative, the first ever grass roots Motorsport program for females in Ireland. From 2019 to 2023 over 2,500 teenage girls from all over Ireland attended the program.
In 2023, Formula Female partnered with Init Esports, the only global sim racing company owned by a woman. Together with Init esports, we launched Sim 4 STEM in a bid to reach even more young girls across the globe. Sim 4 STEM combines sim racing with the Go Girls STEM Workshop and is now operating globally.
Our Vision
Our vision is to cultivate a future where young girls not only dream big but also confidently pursue their aspirations in motorsport. We aspire to be the driving force behind the discovery and nurturing of new female talent, ultimately expanding the pool of women who excel both on and off the track.
